Integrated Security Automation Systems Upgrades for the Marathon County Jail and Juvenile Facility

Project Overview

The purpose of this request for proposals is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide labor, material and equipment required to upgrade the existing Integrated Security Automation Systems for the Marathon County Jail and Juvenile Facility. The project will be done in two phases. Phase one will include upgrading the audio system in both facilities as well as upgrading the existing Wonderware software platform to the Indusoft platform (or approved equal) for both facilities. Phase two of the project will include replacement of the headend PLC equipment for the door/utility control systems for both facilities. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract being awarded to the contractor that can best meet all the specified requirements of this Request for Proposal.

Timeline

• Mandatory Pre-Proposal Walk-Through Meeting On-Site: November 12, 2025 at 11:00 AM
• Receive Questions from Prospective Vendors Until: November 24, 2025 by 4:30 PM
• Cut-off for issue of addenda/response to questions: November 25, 2025 by 1:00 PM
• Deadline for submission of RFP: December 9, 2025 at 2:00 PM (updated 11.24.25)
• Anticipated Award Date: Week of December 15
